- Template - for the submssion by the CfD levy, monthly, of the total amount of electricity, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 14 of the Methodology for determining and collecting the contribution related to Contracts for Difference, amended by ANRE President's Order no. 51/17.07.2024, respectively of Art. 8 letter a) from the Framework Contract between the CfD Counterparty and the CfD levy Payer for collecting the CfD;
Please be informed that as of August 1, 2025, to optimize the activity of collecting data from CfD levy payers, OPCOM S.A. has implemented a web application for the monthly submission of data by CfD levy payers.
