17 new entries in OPCOM market places during October 2017, SIBIU ENERGY (DAM, CMBC-EA, CMBC-CN), RESTART ENERGY ONE (CM-OTC), EOL ENERGY (DAM), BLUE PLANET INVESTMENTS (DAM, IDM), ICCO ENERG (IDM), ENERGO PROIECT (IDM), RAFFLES ENERGY (DAM), UNISTIL (DAM), UNITATEA ADMINISTRATIV TERITORIALA COMUNA ALUNU (GCM), MUNICIPIUL ORADEA (GCM), E.ON VANZARI (GCM), C.E.T. GOVORA (IDM), MHC VALEA MARE (GCM), COTROCENI PARK (CMBC-EA), MAXCONF (GCM), MAZARINE ENERGY ROMANIA (GCM) and SKYBASE ENERGY (GCM).

At the end of October, 378 participants were registered in the spot market, 127 were enrolled in the Intraday Market, 349 companies were listed in the Trading registry of Centralized Market for Electricity Bilateral Contracts Extended Auction mechanism, 192 companies were listed in the Trading registry of Centralized Market for Electricity Bilateral Contracts Continuous Negotiation mechanism, 97 companies were listed as registered participants in the Centralized Market with double continuous negotiation for Electricity Bilateral Contracts (CM-OTC), 30 participants were registered in Centralized Market for Universal Service and 1 participant was registered in the Electricity Market for Large Consumers (LCM).
Green Certificates Market had 950 registered participants at October 31, while 11 companies were listed as registered participants to the Trading Platform for Emission Certificates (TPEC).
