Modification of the provisions applicable on CMBC-EA due to the situation confirmed by the special measures adopted at the national level in limiting COV-19 spreading, when requires work from home.

Announcement: „In accordance with the provisions of Articles 7.1.4.4, 7.4.1 and 7.4.4 of the CMBC-EA procedure we inform you that:
- the deadline to register to OPCOM the initiating offers having the delivery period intended to start on 01.01.2019 is 12.12.2018, 15:00;
- 20.12.2018 is the last day on which the auction sessions for these initiating offers can be organized, taking into consideration the timestamp of the registered offers.”

In accordance with the provisions of Articles 6.3.8 and 8.1.4 of the CMBC procedure and as well as of Articles 7.1.2 and. 7.1.5 of CMBC-CN procedure, we inform you that:
• 12.12.2012 is the last day to register to OPCOM the initiating offers for contracts with delivery periods of one month or longer, which delivery period is intended to start on 01.01.2013;
• 20.12.2012 is the last day on which the auction sessions for these initiating offers can be organized;

According with NBR Circular, nr.43 from 07.12.2011, the date of 03.01.2012 was declared as nonbanking day. Having in view that NBR Circular, the validity of the tender guarantee posted for the auctions on Centralized market for bilateral contracts will no longer consider the date of 03.01.2012 as working day.

CMBC/CMBC-CN: The period for Participation agreement signing by complying with the new regulation framework approved through ANRE Order No. 6/18.02.2011 and advised through ANRE Advice No. 24/30.06.2011, will end Monday, 01.08.2011. The market participants that, starting with December 2005, have signed Participation Agreement for CMBC and/or CMBC-CN and that will not ask for Participation Agreement resigning until Monday, 01.08.2011 will be revoked from their quality as market participants on Centralized Market for bilateral contracts.
