The Working Group for the implementation of the centralized market for natural gas was set up according with the provisions of the Stand-by Agreement concluded by the Romanian Government with the International Monatary Found, with the DPL DDO Agreement provisons negociated with World Bank as well as with the provisions of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Business Environment Memorandum No. 2172/11.05.2012 regarding ”Implementation in Romania of the centralized market for natural gas and the amalgamation of SC Opcom SA field of activity with the activities related to organisation and administration of the centralized markets for natural gas” that was approved by the Ptime Ministre in the Government meeting of 16.05.2012..
