New admissions in the markets operated by OPCOM

Three companies were accepted in OPCOM market places during first month of 2010, Statkraft Romania (DAM), GEN-I Bucharest - Electricity Trading and Sales (DAM) and RE Power Generation (CMBC). At the end of January, 99 participants are registered in spot market, while forward markets, respectively the Centralized Market for Bilateral Contracts awarded through public auction (CMBC) and Centralized Market for Bilateral Contracts with Continuous Negotiation, count at the same moment 102 and 68 participants. Centralized Market for Green Certificates has registered 95 participants at the end of the January 2010.
