New entries in December

Seven new entries in OPCOM market places during December 2010, “ROMSTAL IMEX” (GCM), E.K.W. Energy (GCM), COMPLEXUL ENERGETIC TURCENI (TPEC), VITOL (TPEC), EDP RENEWABLES ROMANIA (GCM), LUKOIL ENERGY & GAS ROMÂNIA (DAM) and E.ON GAZ ROMÂNIA (DAM). At the end of December, 106 participants are registered in spot market, while forward markets, respectively the Centralized Market for Bilateral Contracts awarded through public auction (CMBC) and Centralized Market for Bilateral Contracts with Continuous Negotiation, had at the same moment 102 and 65 participants. Centralized Market for Green Certificates had 120 registered participants at the end of December 2010.
Two companies were registered to the Trading Platform for Emission Certificates (TPEC), increasing to 6 the number of participants on this platform.
