Eight new entries in OPCOM market places during August 2012, ELECTRIFICARE CFR (CMBC), CERNAVODA POWER (CMBC), EDP RENEWABLES ROMANIA (CMBC), ALPIQ ENERGY SE (CMBC), UZINA MECANICA SADU (GCM), BENY ALEX (GCM), FREEPOINT COMMODITIES EUROPE LLP (CMBC) and FOMCO PRODIMPEX (GCM). At the end of August, 123 participants were registered in spot market, 51 were enrolled in the Intraday Market, and 98 companies were listed in the Trading registry of Centralized Market for Electricity Bilateral Contracts.

Green Certificates Market had 215 registered participants at August 31, while 9 companies were listed as registered participants to the Trading Platform for Emission Certificates (TPEC).
