Maximum trading values on DAM

For the delivery day of October 8, 2016, in the context of increasing interest for trading on the Day Ahead Market, the following absolute maximum values are noticed:

• total traded volume of 89,302.2 MWh, exceeding the previous record of 85,629.0 MWh settled for delivery day of December 10, 2014;
• average traded volume of 3,720.9 MWh/h;
• hourly traded volume of 4,200.8 MWh/h (recorded for the 12th hourly interval);
• hourly traded flow on Day Ahead Market on the Romania – Hungary direction of 486 MWh/h (recorded for the 12th – 15th hourly intervals).

The contribution in consumption of the transactions with delivery of the electricity on the day ahead market, reached for the delivery day of October 8, 2016 the value of 63.36%, representing the second value after the maximum recorded for delivery day of May 2, 2016 (63.57%).
