Maximum trading values on DAM

For the delivery day of January 06, 2017, in the context of increasing interest for trading on the Day Ahead Market, the following absolute maximum values are noticed:

• total traded volume of 104,491.3 MWh, exceeding the previous record of 92,990.5 MWh settled for delivery day of December 30, 2016;
• average traded volume of 4,353.8 MWh/h;
• hourly traded volume of 4,566.1 MWh/h (recorded for the 12th hourly interval);

The number of participants that submitted at least one offer was 220, the amount of 104,491.3 MWh being traded at an average price of 186.67 lei/MWh (41.32 EUR/MWh).
