In regards with the amendments to the Energy Act, voted by the National Assembly on 13th of December 2017, with which all electricity transactions negotiated at prices on the liberalized market, concluded by electricity producers with a total installed capacity exceeding 5 MW, including electricity producers from renewable energy sources with a total installed capacity exceeding 5 MW must be carried out on an organized market place from 1st of January 2018.
