The Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) and the Council of European Energy Regulators (CEER), in cooperation with the Energy Community, developed the eighth edition of the MMR. The annual report on the results of the monitoring of internal electricity and natural gas markets consists of four volumes: Electricity Wholesale Markets, Gas Wholesale Markets, Electricity and Gas Retail Markets, and Consumer Empowerment.
