    Construction of Bulgaria first wind farm has been given the green light, said Bulgarian engineering firm Yomi. The 120 MW wind farm will be built at Kavarna on the Black Sea end of the Balkan mountain range. A source at Yomi, which is involved in the project, said that the project would go ahead with partial financing, while negotiations for full financing continue....
