(Bucharest, April 27th, 2016)

CMBC-CN – April 27, 2016 trading day

On the Centralized Market for Electricity Bilateral Contracts - Continuous Negotiation Mechanism (CMBC-CN), has been registered a record regarding contract’s volume traded for the electricity. Therefore, the total volume traded on 27th of April 2016 trading session was at the highest level reached on CMBC-CN for daily trades, respectively 1,236,250 MWh, the number of the traded contracts being 955.

The reached record regarding daily trades is representing the result of the intentions competitively expressed by 26 active market participants and the trades value concluded on this date amounts 203,907,332.1 Lei (45,668,958.34 Euro).
