In accordance with the provisions of “REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC" ("GDPR"), OPCOM SA fulfills the role of operator, as defined in Article 4 of the GDPR.
The processing of personal data is carried out by OPCOM SA in compliance with the principles (Article 5) and the conditions relating the lawfulness of the processing (Article 6) stipulated in GDPR.
OPCOM SA also respects the rights of data subjects to process their personal data (Articles 12-21, Article 34, GDPR) and has implemented technical and organizational measures meant to ensure the security of the processing of personal data.
