Trading results for the Centralized Market for Bilateral Contracts being registered in the first month of functioning (Bucharest, 4th of January 2006) At the end of the year 2005, SC OPCOM SA have begun the trading on a new market put at the participant disposal from the energy sector generic called the Centralized Market for Bilateral Contracts . Starting with 8th of December 2005 auction sessions have been organized for the sell offers which have been proposed by SC Hidroelectrica SA, SC Complexul Energetic Craiova SA, SC Complexul Energetic Turceni SA and SC Complexul Energetic Rovinari SA. The total amount traded within the 33 auction sessions on the Centralized Bilateral Contract Market organized by SC OPCOM SA according to the announcements was up to 554,392 GWh against the offered quantity of 3,199.208 GWh. Until the end of 2005 for the traded quantity have been concluded 9 bilateral contracts which strictly complied with the provisions of the contracts published together with the sell offers.
