OPCOM has been registered as RRM

The Agency has approved on Friday, 24 July 2015, the first five Registered Reporting Mechanisms (RRMs) under REMIT:

• OMI-Polo Español S.A. (OMIE)
• OMIP - Pólo Português, S.G.M.R., S.A.
• Nord Pool Spot AS
• Romanian gas and electricity market operator, OPCOM S.A
• EFETnet B.V.

In its quality of RRM, Romanian gas and electricity market operator, OPCOM S.A can report transactions and orders to trade on behalf of a market participant to the Agency. The first phase of REMIT reporting will start on 7 October 2015.
