Romanian government-controlled investment fund Fondul Proprietatea has agreed to sell its minority stakes in two companies owned by Czech utility CEZ – 30% in distribution company CEZ Distributie, and 30% in sales arm CEZ Vanzare – to the energy company for 230m, a spokeswoman for the fund confirmed to ICIS Heren on Tuesday (8th September). Fondul Proprietatea also holds 12% in the service division CEZ Servicii, but that stake is not for sale.
