10-07-20	Enel backs boost to Romanian wind power Enel Green Power in Romania has signed an agreement with Romanian group Elcomex to develop a large wind farm in Dobrogea. The project will add 272MW of installed capacity to the Romanian grid, according to a statement released on Friday (16th July). Enel Green Power has the option to buy the company owning the project once authorisation has been given.
