    OPCOM participation in the debate having the theme "Renewable energy: energy of the future", organized by the Press Group MediaUno and Services and Industries Commission in Deputy Chamber, in partnership with RNC-WEC, CRE, Adrem Invest, Electrica and Transgaz, at Palace of the Parliament, Human Rights Hall, on October 31, 2013.

    The event brought together, representatives of the Ministry of Economy, Romanian Parliament, leading companies in the energy field, financial organizations as well as media representatives.

    OPCOM participation to the XXth edition of FOCUS ENERGETIC CONFERENCES, having the theme "The influence of environmental conditionalities on the energy sector and of the competitiveness of Romanian economy", which took place on July 11, 2013, in Bucharest at Athenee Palace Hilton Hotel.

    At the event have had presentations Varujan Vosganian - Minister of Economy, Niculae Havrilet - President of ANRE, Emil Calota and Sorin Claudiu Dumbraveanu - vice president of ANRE, Rodin Traicu - member of Services and Industries Commission in Deputy Chamber, Ioan Dan Gheorghiu - adviser to Prime Minister Victor Ponta on energy issues, Razvan Nicolescu - vice president of ACER, Silvia Vlasceanu - executive director of ACUE. There were also present directors of state own and private companies, analysts, experts, press.

    The event was organized by Medien Conferences, the division of business events of Romania Libera newspaper, with support of CNR-CME (Romanian National Committee of World Energy Council), Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Bucharest and the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Romania.

    OPCOM participation at the round table heaving the theme “Security, strategy and governance in the energy field”, an event that took place on February 14, 2013 in Bucharest, Hotel Radisson Blu.

    The event is part of a series of public consultation activities dedicated to the "Energy Pact, an initiative of business environment, civil society and academic community under the auspices and coordination of the Romanian Academy", being organized by experts from GEA Strategy & Consulting SA, Romania Energy Center (ROEC) and Expert Forum.

    OPCOM representatives attended all sessions of the event.
