According to the provisions of the Procedure concerning registration of participants to the Centralized Markets for Natural Gas administered by OPCOM S.A., the necessary documents to register are as follows:
| a) | Letter of Intent (Appendix 3 of the Procedure); | ||
| b) | Participation Agreement to the medium and long term standardized products markets for natural gas, two signed originals, one for each party; | ||
| c) | The TSO agreement regarding the recording of the notifications on trades concluded in the centralized markets, for the purpose of running the natural gas transport activities; | ||
| d) | Documents specific for the entity: | ||
| I) | copy of the license, and copy of the decision to grant the License, in the case of economic operators holding a License issued by ANRE; | ||
| II) | official document confirming the legal existence of the entity, respectively: | ||
| i) | for Romanian entities – copy of registration certificate issued by the Trade Registry Office; | ||
| ii) | for foreign entities – copy of the statement by the chamber of commerce or other competent authority of the country where the company or foreign economic organization is headquartered, confirming its legal existence, the main activity and its social capital – copy accompanied by the original of authorized translation; | ||
| III) | official document confirming the entity registration for VAT, respectively: | ||
| i) | for Romanian entities – copy of tax registration certificate issued by the Romanian authorities; | ||
| ii) | for foreign entities – copy of tax registration certificate issued by the competent authorities of the country where the company or foreign economic organization is headquartered, accompanied by the original of authorized translation; | ||
| IV) | data necessary for registration in the Trading Registry - these data are transmitted in a summary document as an annex to the letter of intent: | ||
| i) | Name of the entity; | ||
| ii) | Headquarter address, telephone, fax, e-mail; | ||
| iii) | Name and position of legal representative or conventional representative (in this case the legalized power of attorney is also submitted) and his / her contact details; | ||
| iv) | Name and position of the person (s) empowered to represent the participant in the relationship with OPCOM S.A. and his / her contact details; | ||
| v) | The person or persons entitled to trade and his / her contact details; | ||
| vi) | Assigned ACER code, as appropriate. | ||
| In addition, in order to issue and transmit the invoices related to the tariffs applicable for the centralized natural gas markets administered by OPCOM S.A., it is necessary to complete the centralization document from point IV) with the following data: | |||
| i) | Unique registration code of the participant; | ||
| ii) | mention if registered as VAT payer; | ||
| iii) | Registration number issued by the National Trade Registry Office; | ||
| iv) | Bank and IBAN; | ||
| v) | Name, surname of the representative for correspondence relating to invoices; | ||
| vi) | Name, surname, position, telephone number for the contact person from the department that will manage the relationship with OPCOM S.A. regarding invoicing. | ||
