The changes regarding the eligibility rights will be highlighted in the updated eligibility lists and specified in the email text, in accordance with the Art. 6.13 of the Participation Agreement to the Organized electricity markets.

We announce the extension of the transitional period for submitting the signed Participation Agreement on the bilateral contracts markets, in its applicable form starting with 27.04.2023. The exact deadline will be announced in due time.

IMPORTANT! Maintaining the participant status on CM-OTC
Following the implementation of ANRE Order no. 12 on March 16, 2023 for the approval of the Regulation regarding the trading organization framework on the Organized Electricity term Markets administered by OPCOM – S.A., published in the Official Gazette No. 258 on 28 March 2023, the provisions in force on 27.04.2023 of the Participation Agreement on the Bilateral Contracts Markets are fully applicable to the participants registered on this market. Participants registered at CM-OTC who do not accept the provisions of the Participation Agreement applicable from 27.04.2023, may decide to terminate the Participation Agreement, in compliance with the provisions of the specific operational procedures. Until 30.09.2023, the participants registered at CM-OTC will have to submit the Participation Agreement on the Bilateral Contracts Markets signed in the applicable form.
