*** Notified of the existence of the executive decision in file no. 1552/3/2022 according to which the appeal of the plaintiff EFT FURNIZARE SRL against NEXT ENERGY SRL is rejected and in which it is recorded that NEXT ENERGY SRL was entitled to request the termination of the contract due to the fault of EFT FURNIZARE SRL
