IMPORTANT: Considering the requirements for additional peak load profiles applicable on CMBC-CN, we would like to draw your attention by submitting the "QUESTIONNAIRE regarding the additional peak load profiles that could be traded on CMBC-CN"
Participants at CMBC-CN are asked to submit the filled questionnaire to pccb@opcom.ro latest by 14.07.2017.
We mention that the adoption of the proposed changes in the questionnaire can be achieved if 50% +1 of the active participants registered on CMBC-CN agreed with the proposals for adding each profile.

Considering the fact that from the total of 177 participants registered on CMBC-CN on the publication date of the questionnaire proposing amendments to the standard contract applicable on CMBC-CN, were received 59 responses, representing 33,33% of the total participants registered on CMBC-CN and 101,72% of the number of active participants on CMBC-CN at the date the questionnaire was published, these changes will be included in the standard contract applicable on CMBC-CN and will be effective to contracts signed starting with 01/07/2017.

Within the Regulation Committee, S.C. OPCOM S.A. has submitted to ANRE for approval the standard contract for selling/ buying electricity in the exact form agreed by the members of the Technical Group and finalized on 19 August 2009.

With respect to the Technical Group meeting minute of 9 July 2009, the form of the contract, agreed during this meeting, was sent to all the members of the Group for making final comments in order to determine the final form which will be sent to ANRE for approval.
